WexEnergy has begun testing its window insulation panel prototype on double pane windows through an Innovation Fund Award from the Syracuse Center of Excellence for Environmental and Energy Systems.
The testing, conducted by Taitem Engineering PC, will validate the insulation efficiency of the window insulation panel and model energy savings. The testing is expected to take approximately 6 months.
